I understand what it’s like to have a million things on your plate. I’m a Mom of 6 kids, including multiple athletes and a child with special needs, and my husband is a busy OB/GYN who is often away on-call.

That’s why I provide personal accountability via text, email, and phone, and adjustments to your plan on the fly so that you can keep up with your goals when life comes at you.
